Crystal Flitton is GSM's Outside Sales Representative and provides the Water and Wastewater industry with the information and education needed to use the products we represent. She comes with over 18 years' experience in the Waterworks industry and is a member of the Arizona Water Association. She completed her education with a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Phoenix.

Tim Hallett is GSM's Outside Sales Representative and provides the Water and Wastewater Industry with 27 years of experience in the industry. Tim has worked in the field as a contractor, provided education and sales support in waterworks distribution, and continues to support the industry with his experience and knowledge. 

Cynthia Garcia is GSM's customer service specialist. She provides our customers with excellent service and maintains the office and accounting role. Cynthia comes from experience with the Rural Water Association of Arizona.
